Resumen
La investigación se centra en el estudio del impacto del embarazo en adolescentes por abuso sexual y los factores determinantes observados en los expedientes del juzgado de la niñez y la adolescencia de la tercera circunscripción judicial de la ciudad de encarnación año 2020-2021, cuyos objetivos específicos fueron identificar efectos del embarazo en adolescentes por abuso sexual, determinar cómo tienen conocimiento las instituciones públicas sobre los casos de las adolescentes embarazadas por abuso sexual según lo observado en los expedientes del Juzgado de la Niñez y la Adolescencia y explicar las medidas adoptadas por las instituciones públicas del Estado que abordan los casos de adolescentes embarazadas por abuso sexual. La metodología utilizada fue el estudio de caso, tomando 10 casos de las secretarías 1 y 2 del Juzgado de la Niñez y la Adolescencia. Entre los resultados más relevantes se evidencia que existen madres que también tuvieron hijos durante su adolescencia, que los padres de las adolescentes fallecieron cuando eran niñas y se criaron únicamente con su madre, y otras nunca conocieron a sus padres, incluso en uno de los casos la adolescente se crio con su padre, porque la madre le abandonó cuando era una niña pequeña. Por lo tanto, dentro de la familia de cada adolescente estudiada, 9 (nueve) son hijas de madre soltera, y en un caso, el su padre y la madre se casaron. En tales contextos, las mujeres por diversas circunstancias han tomado la responsabilidad de llevar adelante la crianza de sus hijos/as, sin la ayuda de un padre prácticamente ausente, que en consecuencia repiten la historia sus hijas adolescentes, formando parte de la tipología familiar nuclear.

Abstract
The research focuses on the study of the impact of pregnancy in adolescents due to sexual abuse and the determining factors observed in the files of the court for children and adolescents, whose specific objectives were to identify the effects of pregnancy in adolescents due to sexual abuse as observed in the files of the Court for Children and Adolescents of the third judicial circumscription, determine how public institutions are aware of the cases of pregnant adolescents for sexual abuse as observed in the files of the Court for Children and Adolescents and explain the measures adopted by public State institutions that address cases of pregnant adolescents for sexual abuse as verified in the files of the Court for Childhood and Adolescence of the Third Judicial Circumscription of secretariats No. 1 and No. 2. The methodology used was the case study, taking 10 cases from secretariats 1 and 2 of the Court for Children and Adolescents. Among the most relevant results, it is evident that there are mothers who also had children during their adolescence, that the parents of the adolescents died when they were girls and they grew up only with their mother, and others never knew their parents, so much so that in one of the In all cases, the adolescent grew up with her father, but her mother abandoned her when she was a little girl. Therefore, within the family of each adolescent studied, 9 (nine) are daughters of a single mother, and one of them, her father and her mother, married. In such contexts, women due to various circumstances have taken the responsibility of raising their children, without the help of a practically absent father, who consequently repeats the story, their adolescent daughters, are part of the nuclear family typology.
