Resumen

La investigación se llevó a cabo con la necesidad de Describir el proceso de transferencia de la producción científica de los docentes investigadores de la Universidad Nacional de Itapúa categorizados por el CONACYT en el periodo comprendido entre el 2017 -2018. Por sus características, la investigación es de enfoque mixto, diseño concurrente, de tipo de triangulación concurrente. Los resultados más significativos demuestran que los medios utilizados por los investigadores para la transferencia de conocimientos son en eventos científicos, congresos, seminarios y simposios nacionales e internacionales, los medios de divulgación más utilizados son revistas científicas indexadas, congresos, seminarios, libros o capítulos indexados, los usuarios tienen acceso a las investigaciones, en portales digitales, biblioteca de la universidad, en bibliotecas virtuales entre otros. Los factores que facilitan la transferencia y ejecución de proyectos son financiaciones como por ejemplo CONACYT.  Los sectores beneficiados fueron: agrícola (pequeños productores), educativo, comercial y la sociedad civil en general. Las modalidades de la transferencia son: creación de planes, programas y proyectos, creación de productos, creación de servicios entre otros. El mayor apoyo a la trasferencia de los resultados de la investigación se da a través de programas como Prociencia y PRONII.

Abstract

The research is carried out by the need to know the process by which the transfer of the research takes place, as a result the general objective of describing the process of transfer of the scientific production of the University research professors is determined Itapúa National categorized by CONACYT in the period from 2017-2018. Due to its characteristics, the research is of mixed focus, concurrent design, of type of concurrent triangulation. The most significant results show that the means used by researchers for the transfer of knowledge in scientific events, is through national and international congresses, seminars and symposiums, the most used means of dissemination were indexed scientific journals, congresses, seminars, books or indexed chapters, users have access to research, in digital portals, university library, in virtual libraries among others. The factors that facilitate the transfer, execution of projects with funding sources, where sectors benefited were farmers, civil society in general, education, merchants. The modalities of the transfer are: creation of plans, programs or projects, creation of products, creation of services among others. The limitations have to do with issues such as agreements with other institutions to encourage research, motivation, the majority being personal. The support or promotion that the institution as a result of the research, highlighting programs of Prociencia and PRONII. The low transfer is due to the low incentive, the weaknesses of the institutions, the lack of knowledge of incentive programs, in our society the research culture is not yet installed, a deficiency is not having full-time researchers.
