Resumen
Se consideró que la Violencia Intrafamiliar es un flagelo de alto impacto por sus consecuencias. En el Hospital Distrital de Capiatá se implementó un abordaje colectivo cuyos destinatarios fueron derivados por el Poder Judicial. El objetivo fue explicar de qué manera los elementos de la intervención fomentan resiliencia. Se consideraron variables: para CUAN, problemas de sufrimiento, recursos de afrontamiento; para -cual- declaraciones significativas. Metodológicamente constituyó una Investigación de enfoque Mixto, con alcance explicativo, de diseño concurrente tipo DIAC de dominancia cuantitativa. La Muestra fue no probabilística para CUAN portadores de oficio, para -cual- los acompañantes. La técnica de recolección consistió en fichas de registro de las Rondas. Para CUAN, fichas con datos mensurables por frecuencia de las dimensiones de las variables presentadas en tablas y figuras. Para -cual- las manifestaciones codificadas que reflejaron la vivencia de satisfacción de la Ronda presentadas en redes y nubes. Se analizaron los datos para CUAN en un sistema informático con matrices estadístico matemáticas, complementándolos con lo cualitativo en Atlas ti, para su posterior integración y análisis. Se concluyó que los objetivos fueron logrados y la hipótesis comprobada: socializar en un clima comunitario los Problemas de sufrimiento -destacándose el Estrés-, las Estrategias de Afrontamiento-emergiendo el Empoderamiento Personal-Social- y expresar los cambios -prevalente la Ampliación de Conciencia- como satisfacción fomenta Resiliencia en Víctimas de Violencia Intrafamiliar, por lo cual se sugiere esta intervención interdisciplinar, enfoque de derechos y protección integral de la infancia y la adolescencia.

Abstract
Domestic violence was considered to be a high-impact scourge because of its consequences. In the District Hospital of Capiatá, a collective approach was implemented whose recipients were referred by the Judicial Power. The aim was to explain how elements of the intervention build resilience. Variables were considered: for CUAN, problems of suffering, coping resources; for -which- significant statements. Methodologically, it constituted a Research of Mixed approach, with explanatory scope, of concurrent design type DIAC of quantitative dominance. The Sample was non-probabilistic for CUAN carriers of trade, for -which- the companions. The collection technique consisted of registration cards of the Rounds. For CUAN, cards with data measurable by frequency of the dimensions of the variables presented in tables and figures. For -which- the coded manifestations that reflected the experience of satisfaction of the Round presented in networks and clouds. The data for CUAN were analyzed in a computer system with mathematical statistical matrices, complementing them with the qualitative in Atlas ti, for their subsequent integration and analysis. It was concluded that the objectives were achieved and the hypothesis proven: socialize in a community climate the Problems of suffering -highlighting Stress-, the Coping Strategies-emerging the Personal-Social Empowerment- and express the changes -prevalent the Expansion of Consciousness- as satisfaction fosters Resilience in Victims of Domestic Violence, for which this interdisciplinary intervention is suggested, focus on rights and comprehensive protection of children and adolescents.
