Resumen
En esta investigación se desarrolla la problemática de la Alienación Parental en el Vínculo Familiar. Para ello se han analizado casos de régimen de convivencia controvertidos y finiquitados tramitados en el Juzgado del Segundo Turno de la Niñez y la Adolescencia de la Tercera Circunscripción Judicial, mediante los cuales se determinan las formas en que influye la Alienación Parental en la ruptura del vínculo familiar, se identifica su existencia, y se señalan alternativas de prevención en los casos estudiados. Los resultados más resaltantes obtenidos demuestran que, el modelo tradicional de familia ha sufrido grandes cambios en los últimos años, existiendo un gran incremento de separaciones y divorcios. Es así que, tras el desmembramiento familiar es importante garantizar el derecho fundamental del niño a relacionarse adecuadamente con ambos padres, manteniendo todos sus vínculos. Sin embargo, este estudio demostró que hay situaciones en las que existen obstaculizaciones por parte de uno de los progenitores a las relaciones de sus hijos e hijas con el otro progenitor que desembocan en la Alienación Parental, una de las formas más sutiles de maltrato infantil, casi desconocida, pero que está cobrando vigencia día a día y que produce un grave daño en el bienestar emocional y en el desarrollo de los niños que lo sufren.

Abstract
In this research, the problem of parental alienation in the family bond is developed. To this end, cases of controversial and terminated coexistence regime have been analyzed, processed in the Court of the Second Shift of Childhood and Adolescence of the Third Judicial Circumscription, by means of which the ways in the in which parental alienation influences the rupture are determined, its existence is identified and prevention alternatives are indicated in the cases studied. The most outstanding results obtained show that, the traditional family model has undergone great changes in recent years, there being a great increase in separations and divorces. So, after the family dismemberment it is important to guarantee the fundamental rights of the child to relate adequately with both parents, maintaining all their links. However, this study showed that there are situations in which there are obstacles on the part of one of the parents to the relationships of their children with the other parent that lead to parental alienation, one of the most subtle forms of child abuse, almost unknown, but that is gaining force day by day and that produces a serious damage in the emotional well-being and in the development of the children who suffer it.
