Resumen
En este trabajo se presentan los efectos de la comunicación de riesgo ante el Dengue y el Covid-19 en el barrio San Isidro etapa IV de la cuidad de Encarnación del departamento de Itapúa-Paraguay, desde el 1 de junio al 30 de octubre del 2020, intentando dar respuesta al objetivo general se utilizó una metodología analítica de tipo comparativa de nivel cualitativo. Los resultados obtenidos en relación al objetivo general refieren cuanto sigue: en cuanto a la percepción de las tácticas de comunicación resaltamos que la información recibida sobre el Dengue fue buena pero no sobresaliente a diferencia de la del Covid-19, a su vez se denota que la accesibilidad es un punto a destacar debido a que los encuestados consideraron como regular a la accesibilidad de la información del Dengue de forma contraria a la del Covid-19 que fue percibida como muy buena. En relación a la participación ciudadana podemos resaltar que ante el Dengue la participación en las medidas preventivas fue escasa al contrario a lo sucedido ante el Covid-19 donde se fue bastante de la misma manera la complejidad de las medas preventivas ante el Dengue fueron muy fáciles de implementar en cambio ante el Covid-19 destacamos su excesiva complejidad. En relación al efecto de la comunicación de riesgo del Dengue y el Covid-19 en relación al estilo de vida de las personas remarcamos que el Dengue no ocasiono repercusión familiar, laboral y económica manifestada por la gran mayoría de los encuestados a diferencia del Covid-19 la cual si presento una alarmante repercusión familiar, laboral y económica.

Abstract
This work presents the effects of risk communication against Dengue and Covid-19 in the San Isidro neighborhood stage IV of the city of Encarnacion in the department of Itapúa-Paraguay, from June 1 to October 30, 2020 in an attempt to respond to the general objective, a qualitative level comparative analytical methodology was used. The results obtained in relation to the general objective refer to the following: regarding the perception of communication tactics, we highlight that the information received about Dengue was good but not outstanding, unlike that of Covid-19, in turn it is denoted that Accessibility is a point to highlight because the respondents considered the accessibility of Dengue information as regular, contrary to that of Covid-19, which was perceived as very good. In relation to citizen participation, we can highlight that in the face of Dengue, participation in preventive measures was scarce, contrary to what happened in the face of Covid-19, where the complexity of preventive measures against Dengue was very easy in the same way. to implement instead before the Covid-19 we highlight its excessive complexity. In relation to the effect of Dengue and Covid-19 risk communication in relation to people’s lifestyle, we note that Dengue did not cause family, work and economic repercussions, manifested by the vast majority of respondents, unlike Covid- 19 which if presented an alarming impact on family, employment and economic.
