Resumen

En la presente investigación se ha realizado una búsqueda sistemática de en donde se busca determinar cuáles son los gastos directos e indirectos en que incurre un paciente con diagnóstico de tuberculosis en tratamiento en la ciudad de Encarnación 2020, así también establecer la relación existente entre el gasto de bolsillo de los pacientes con tuberculosis y el abandono del tratamiento. La recolección de los datos se llevó a cabo en las bibliotecas Virtuales en Salud MEDLINE, LILACS, The Cochrane Library, Google Scholar, entre otras. Se ha encontrado que los gastos que incurren los pacientes adheridos al tratamiento impactan negativamente a la economía familiar como también aquellos usuarios con menor ingreso y con un grado de escolaridad baja son las que más recienten los gastos indirectos producidos durante su tratamiento en cuanto al abandono se menciona a las restricciones económicas, nivel educativo, los ingresos, el tipo de establecimiento de salud utilizado y la calidad de atención en los servicios de salud determinan el abandono del paciente.

Abstract

In this research, a systematic search has been carried out to determine which are the direct and indirect expenses incurred by a patient with a diagnosis of tuberculosis undergoing treatment in the city of Encarnación 2020, as well as to establish the relationship between the expenditure pocket of tuberculosis patients and treatment abandonment. Data collection was carried out in the Virtual Health Libraries MEDLINE, LILACS, The Cochrane Library, Google Scholar, among others. It has been found that the expenses incurred by patients adhering to the treatment negatively impact the family economy, as well as those users with lower income and a low level of education are the ones who more recently have the indirect expenses produced during their treatment in terms of abandonment mentions economic restrictions, educational level, income, the type of health facility used and the quality of care in health services determine the abandonment of the patient.
