Resumen
La investigación titulada “Liderazgo aplicado en el proceso de las Tutorías de Tesis que posibilita la continuación de los trabajos investigativos del alumno/a en la Universidad Nacional De Itapúa, 2017-2020”, tiene como objetivo “Describir la importancia del liderazgo aplicado en el proceso de las tutorías de tesis que posibilita la continuación de los trabajos investigativos del alumno/a en la Universidad Nacional de Itapúa, 2020”. Metodológicamente es una investigación descriptiva, con un enfoque cualitativo/cuantitativo; la población estuvo constituida por estudiantes/egresados, directores de tesis y directivos de la Escuela de Posgrado y la Facultad de Humanidades, Ciencias Sociales y Cultura Guaraní. Los resultados más resaltantes arrojados de la presente investigación fue que existe un liderazgo positivo ejercido por los directores de tesis hacia sus estudiantes/egresados, sin embargo es necesario capacitar constantemente en diferentes áreas propias del proceso de tesis, para así estar a la vanguardia en el ámbito investigativo, tanto los docentes/directores de tesis como los estudiantes/egresados.

Abstract
The research entitled “Leadership applied in Quality Management in the Learning Process of Thesis Tutorials that enables the continuation of the student’s research work at the National University of Itapúa, 2017-2020”. Its objective is to “Describe the importance of applied leadership in quality management in the learning process of thesis tutorials that enables the continuation of the student’s research work at the National University of Itapúa, 2020”. Methodologically it is a descriptive research, with a qualitative / quantitative approach; The objects of the sample were the students / graduates and thesis directors of the Graduate School and the Faculty of Humanities, Social Sciences and Guaraní Culture. The most outstanding results obtained from this research was that there is a positive leadership exercised by thesis directors towards their students / graduates, however it is necessary to constantly train in different areas of the thesis process, in order to be at the forefront in the investigative field, both teachers / thesis supervisors and students / graduates.
