Resumen
Esta investigación tiene como tema “Transición del Rol Docente en la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Administrativas de la Universidad Nacional de Itapúa en tiempos de la pandemia por COVID-19 en el periodo 2020-2021”. El objetivo fue “Analizar la Transición del Rol Docente en la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Administrativas de la Universidad Nacional de Itapúa en tiempos de la pandemia por COVID-19 en el periodo 2020-2021”. Se trata de una investigación de enfoque mixto siendo el diseño de la misma la no experimental, porque observa el fenómeno tal y como se da en su contexto natural, para después analizarlo. La técnica aplicada para recolectar la información fue a través de encuestas a estudiantes, entrevista a un Directivo de la Facultad y docentes del 8vo y 9no semestre de dos carreras. El cual evidenció que la transición del docente a la virtualidad contrajo consigo muchos desafíos que fueron superados de manera conjunta con académicos, docentes y estudiantes. Es necesario recalcar que la Facultad de Ciencias Económicas y Administrativas de la UNI realizó las inversiones pertinentes de manera a fortalecer las herramientas tecnológicas conforme al tiempo y presupuesto disponible para acompañar la transición del Rol del docente en tiempos de pandemia por COVID-19 en la mencionada Unidad Académica

Abstract
This research has as its theme “Transition of the Teaching Role of the Faculty of Economic Sciences in times of COVID-19 pandemic of the National University of Itapúa of the Year 2020-2021”. The objective was “To analyze the Transition of the Teaching Role of the Faculty of Economic Sciences in times of COVID-19 Pandemic of the National University of Itapúa of the year 2020-2021”. It is a qualitative approach research, the design of the research is non-experimental because it observes the phenomenon as it occurs in its natural context, and then analyzes it. The technique applied to collect was through Student Surveys, interview with a Faculty Director and the teachers of the 8th and 9th semester. Which evidenced that the transition of the teacher to virtuality contracted with it many challenges that they overcome jointly with academics and students. It is necessary to emphasize that the Faculty of Economic and Administrative strengthened the technological tools adapting to the time and budget established to cope with the Role of the teacher in times of Pandemic.
