Resumen
La investigación se realizó con el objetivo de analizar las medidas socio educativas expuestos en las normas jurídicas para adolescentes infractores con lo establecido en la convención de las naciones unidas sobre losderechos del niño en el departamento de Itapúa en los años 2018 – 2020 para ello. A tal efecto se procedió a recabar información de la Sección Estadística del Poder Judicial para determinar la cantidad de medidas socioeducativas impuestas a los adolescentes infractores dentro de los procesos judiciales incoados en el Juzgado Penal Adolescente de la Circunscripción, además se elaboró una entrevista a la jueza penal adolescente con preguntas relacionadas a los objetivos propuestos. La metodología consistió en la revisión bibliográfica documental, se utilizó información secundaria sobre el tema, obtenidos a través de libros, textos,periódicos, revistas, internet y demás documentos legales. Las técnicas utilizadas fueron la entrevista a una Jueza Penal Adolescente de la Circunscripción Judicial del Departamento de Itapúa, y se realizó un análisisdocumental de las legislaciones correspondiente al tema de investigación.

Abstract
The research was carried out with the objective of analyzing the socio-educational measures exposed in the legal norms for adolescent offenders with the provisions of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child in the department of Itapúa in the years 2018 – 2020 for it. To this end, information was collected from the Statistical Section of the Judiciary to determine the number of socio-educational measures imposed on adolescent offenders within the judicial proceedings initiated in the District Criminal Court for Adolescents, and an interview was conducted with the judge adolescent criminal with questions related to the proposed objectives. The methodology consisted of the documentary bibliographic review, secondary information on the subject was used, obtained through books, texts, newspapers, magazines, the Internet and other legal documents. The techniques used were the interview with an Adolescent Criminal Judge of the Judicial District of the Department of Itapúa, and a documentary analysis of the legislation corresponding to the research topic was carried out.
